Sigma Chi Cornerstone Program
Cornerstone is designed to teach alumni brothers the skills necessary to be an effective mentor to our undergraduate chapters. The training focuses on Sigma Chi values, understanding self and others, trust building, feedback, and principled leadership. Cornerstone Mentors help undergraduates understand fraternal values at a deeper level, incorporating these values into their everyday lives.
